Ongoing Support For Business Owners Tired Of Doing Everything Themselves
You Probably Don’t Need Another Employee.
You just need consistent support.
Because eventually, all the little things start piling up: website edits, social media graphics, unfinished blog posts, unwritten updates, random tech issues, and content ideas sitting in your notes app
Basically, all the tasks you keep meaning to get around to “when things slow down.”
Except, things usually don’t slow down.
Over time, your online presence starts feeling behind, inconsistent, overwhelming and harder to keep up with than it should be.
Not because your business isn’t growing.
But because you’ve been trying to hold everything together yourself.
Retainer Support Helps Everything Feel Less Scattered
Monthly retainer support is designed for businesses that need ongoing help keeping things updated, organized, moving forward and actually getting finished.
Instead of scrambling every time something needs updated, you have someone already in your corner who understands your business and can help keep the moving pieces moving. That may include:
social media management
email marketing
blog writing
lead magnet design
backend organization
website + SEO updates
graphics
inbox management
and the dozens of little things business owners rarely have time to keep up with consistently.
Why My Clients Love Their Retainers
Several of my retainer clients have worked with me for years. Not only have we gotten a lot of work done, but we’ve become friends in the process, too.
They stay because they were looking for consistency, follow-through, organization, support and someone they don’t have to constantly re-explain things to.
Take a look at the two different retainers I currently offer:
-
$324/month
12 hours per month
Perfect for steady support with website updates, content tasks, emails, and digital details.
This package is a great fit if you need consistent help each month but do not need a large amount of weekly support.
-
$540/month
20 hours per month
For businesses ready to hand off more of the moving pieces.
This package includes everything in Starter Support, with more room for larger projects like website updates, content creation, email campaigns, funnels, automations, and backend organization.
-
You choose a set number of hours each month.
Those hours can be used flexibly for website updates, design tasks, content support, email marketing, admin-adjacent digital work, or systems support.
Your monthly package reserves space on my calendar so you have predictable, reliable support instead of trying to squeeze everything in at the last minute.
What happens if you don’t “use” all of your hours in a month?
Unused hours do not roll over when delays are client-related, but if I’m ever unable to complete your planned hours, those hours will be rolled over or credited appropriately.
Clear expectations. No mystery math. Business-owner friendly.

Monthly support looks different depending on the client and their particular business. I’ve attached several tasks I do throughout the month.

To keep things clear and fair, I track of the hours I spend on your projects each week.
You’ll get a simple report showing what I worked on and how long each task took — no mysteries, just transparency.
When Life Happens (Unused Hours)
Sometimes life tosses us a curveball. If something unexpected keeps me from completing all your allotted hours in a given week, those unused hours will automatically roll over into the following week — no extra effort on your part.
Ensuring You Get Every Bit of Value
If rolled-over hours can’t be used before your next invoice, I’ll credit you automatically. You’ll only ever pay for the time I’ve actually spent working on your projects.
Your Part in the Process
This policy applies to those rare occasions when I’m the one unable to finish the planned work. If hours go unused because of client delays — like missing materials, unclear instructions, or going quiet for a bit — those hours will still be billed as agreed.

Website design is best when you need a new website or a full refresh.
Ongoing support is best when you already have a website and need help keeping your online presence updated and moving forward.
Many clients start with a website package and then move into monthly support for updates, social media, emails, and digital maintenance.
-
If your website is outdated or missing, start with a website package.
If your website is fine but your content, emails, or digital tasks are piling up, monthly support or a Design Support Day may be the better fit.
And if you’re somewhere in the messy middle, we can talk it through. Message me here.

To get started, please fill out this form.
I will be in touch in 1-2 business days and cannot wait to hear your story and more about your business.
Not sure which option is the right fit?
Every business is different, and sometimes it helps to simply talk things through.
If your website, content, emails, or digital systems feel scattered, we can chat about what would make the biggest difference for your business right now. Bring the questions, the half-finished ideas, and the “I know I need help but I don’t know where to start” energy. We’ll sort it out.
