Which Package Should You Choose?

If you're not sure where to start, most of my clients choose the Growth Website package.
It gives you enough space to clearly explain your services, share your story, and add helpful resources or blog posts as your business grows.
Many therapists find that having a few extra pages makes it much easier for potential clients to understand what they offer and feel confident reaching out.
That said, every business is different.
Some clients start with a simple one-page website and expand later, while others are ready for a more complete website from the beginning.

If you start with a one-page website and later decide you'd like additional pages, you can always upgrade.
The cost of your one-page website will be applied toward the larger package, since the foundation of your website is already built.

Starter Retainer – 12 Hours/Month

How it Works:
- You pay for a set number of hours each month (12 or 20)

VIP Day Session

$300 for 6 hours of dedicated support
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing support — you just need a focused day to finally get the big tasks off your plate.
That’s what VA in a Day is for.
We’ll spend one dedicated day (6 of uninterrupted hours) tackling the projects that have been lingering on your to-do list.
This might include:
• website updates
• email automation setup
• creating branded graphics
• cleaning up backend systems
• organizing your content
By the end of the day, you’ll have real progress and a lot more breathing room.

When Life Happens (Unused Hours)
Sometimes life tosses us a curveball. If something unexpected keeps me from completing all your allotted hours in a given week, those unused hours will automatically roll over into the following week — no extra effort on your part.
Ensuring You Get Every Bit of Value
If rolled-over hours can’t be used before your next invoice, I’ll credit you automatically. You’ll only ever pay for the time I’ve actually spent working on your projects.
Your Part in the Process
This policy applies to those rare occasions when I’m the one unable to finish the planned work. If hours go unused because of client delays — like missing materials, unclear instructions, or going quiet for a bit — those hours will still be billed as agreed.
My VA for a Day service is perfect for clients who need focused, project-based assistance rather than ongoing weekly support. These limited-time packages allow you to tackle specific tasks and free up your valuable time.
Q: What packages do you offer?
I currently offer a 6-hour VIP session for $300.
Q: What is the process like?
First, we meet for a quick coffee chat where we connect and talk about the projects you have in mind. If a VIP session is a good fit, you’ll choose a date that works for you, and secure your spot by placing a deposit.

Every VIP session includes a strategy call were we’ll map out priorities so we can hit the ground running. I dedicate an entire day to your business, getting everything done efficiently, keeping you updated along the way, and knocking out the tasks that have been holding you back. You receive all deliverables, plus any notes, bonuses, or recommendations for next steps.
