When Life Happens (Unused Hours)
Sometimes life tosses us a curveball. If something unexpected keeps me from completing all your allotted hours in a given week, those unused hours will automatically roll over into the following week — no extra effort on your part.
Ensuring You Get Every Bit of Value
If rolled-over hours can’t be used before your next invoice, I’ll credit you automatically. You’ll only ever pay for the time I’ve actually spent working on your projects.
Your Part in the Process
This policy applies to those rare occasions when I’m the one unable to finish the planned work. If hours go unused because of client delays — like missing materials, unclear instructions, or going quiet for a bit — those hours will still be billed as agreed.

First, we meet for a quick coffee chat where we connect and talk about the projects you have in mind. If a VIP session is a good fit, you’ll choose a date that works for you, and secure your spot by placing a deposit.
Every VIP session includes a strategy call were we’ll map out priorities so we can hit the ground running. I dedicate an entire day to your business, getting everything done efficiently, keeping you updated along the way, and knocking out the tasks that have been holding you back. You receive all deliverables, plus any notes, bonuses, or recommendations for next steps.
