What are your packages? How much does it cost?Hiring a virtual assistant is a big investment in your business and it's completely normal to want all the details before making a decision. No Fuss Investment To make it easy for you, I offer ongoing virtual assistant packages designed to provide consistent, reliable support. Part Time Package: 3 hours of work each week, totaling 12 hours per month, for a flat rate of $300. Full Time Package: 5 hours of work each week, totaling 20 hours per month, for a flat rate of $500. Benefits of a Monthly Package: Predictable Budget: This fixed monthly rate allows you to easily manage your business expenses. Consistent Support: With 3-5 dedicated hours per week, you'll have a reliable partner to handle your ongoing tasks. How do you track the time spent on my projects?To ensure transparency and fair billing, I track the time spent on your projects each week. You'll receive a detailed report summarizing the tasks completed and the time invested. Life Happens - Unused Hours: Please know that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If I'm unable to complete your full allotment of time in a given week due to unexpected events, the unused hours will automatically roll over to the following week. Ensuring You Get Your Value: In the rare case where I can't complete all rolled-over hours by the next invoice, you'll receive an automatic credit. This ensures you only pay for the time I spend working on your projects. Client Responsibility: Please note, this policy applies to situations where unforeseen circumstances prevent me from completing the planned work. If missed time is due to client-related factors, such as ghosting, delayed materials or unclear instructions, the agreed-upon time will still be billed.

I don't need a VA full time but I do need help. What do you suggest?My VA for a Day service is perfect for clients who need focused, project-based assistance rather than ongoing weekly support. These limited-time packages allow you to tackle specific tasks and free up your valuable time. Q: What packages do you offer? I currently offer three different packages: Plus (6 hours): $210 Premium (8 hours): $280 Weekend Powerhouse (18 hours): $720 If VA for a Day is a good fit, you select a day for your 6 or 8 hour package. An invoice and contract will be sent and a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your slot. Slots open up 2-3 times per month. The Weekend Powerhouse package opens one time each month. This package is a higher investment due to the transformation that will occur within two working days.
