Hi! I’m Frannie!
Before Rise & Shine Virtual, I spent two years running an Etsy shop selling hand embroidery.
That season taught me so much about creativity, business ownership, marketing, customer service, and what it takes to build something from the ground up. But over time, I realized that what truly lit me up was not just the finished product. It was the behind-the-scenes work.
The organizing.
The designing.
The problem-solving.
The systems.
The small details that make a business feel more beautiful, more functional, and easier to manage.
That realization eventually became Rise & Shine Virtual.
What started as virtual assistance has grown into something much more aligned: website design, content design, email support, and digital systems for small businesses that need their online presence to feel clear and cohesive.
What brings me joy …
When I’m not behind my desk, you’ll usually find me with my family — my husband of 10+ years and our bright, wonderful son. I’m a Christ follower, wife, autism and NICU mama, and Charlotte Mason homeschooler.
I’ve walked through hard seasons and found God faithful through every one. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other business owners build systems that bring more peace, margin, and freedom — not just in work, but in life.
